Marvão, located at the top of the Serra de São Mamede, enchants with its walls and breathtaking views. A medieval village full of history and serenity.

It was from this emotional and aesthetic basis that we were inspired to create, focused on the generic function of a traditional desk, but here from an organic and dynamic functional perspective.

Based on old "paper boxes", we deconstructed the compartmentalization of drawers through the simple and somewhat minimalist curvature of the base lines, privileging their raw functionality, which can fit into any context and space.

CRATO CHAIR
Crato, in the Alentejo, is a town marked by the Order of Malta and a rich religious heritage. With convents and history around every corner, it is a cultural treasure.

We wanted a piece that sought to synthesize the patina of time, in a balanced combination of the materials we chose (wood, leather or fabric and stainless steel) exposing their robustness and resistance as if from a statement if it was about respect for history.
